  • Pigs will be sent to the butcher in January 2024, averaging 200 pounds. 
  • Hogs are sold at $3.75 a pound based on their live weight. 
  • This reservation ($100 for 1/ or $200 for whole) is a non-refundable deposit. The final invoice for the balance of your hog will be sent via email or text. 
  • All invoices are due upon receipt. 
  •  Please note the butcher will provide the live weight within 24 hours from the day they arrive at the processor. 
  • The buyer is responsible for paying the butchering cost at pick-up time.
