If you choose *not* to process your turkey, your pickup time will be November 23 from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM for a fresh, not frozen bird. Turkeys may also be picked up between November 24-25 from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, but the birds will be partially/completely frozen based on the weight you ordered.
